These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ONETVBOX IPTV streaming subscription and related products (the "Services"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide access to IPTV streaming subscriptions that deliver live channels, sports, movies, series and VOD content over the internet to compatible devices. Channel counts, content libraries and quality (HD / FHD / 4K) are as listed on the plan you confirm at checkout. Line-ups, channels and features may change at any time due to provider availability or licensing changes.

2. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your subscription credentials (M3U URL, Xtream code, app login) and for all activity on your account.
  • Each subscription is for a single user/household. Sharing credentials across multiple unrelated devices or locations may result in suspension without refund.
  • You confirm you are 18 years or older and that streaming this type of service is permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment & billing

  • Prices are listed in EUR or USD depending on your region and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscription cycles are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months as selected at checkout. Annual plans are prepaid and offer the best per-month price.
  • Payment is processed through our supported payment methods (card, PayPal or crypto where available) at the time of order.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. We notify you before expiry so you can renew manually.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back, access may be suspended immediately.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate Services that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose a risk to the integrity of our streaming network — including credential sharing, reselling without authorization, use of unauthorized recording tools, or any attempt to attack our infrastructure.

6. Acceptable use

  • No redistribution, reselling, public broadcasting or commercial display of the Service without written authorization.
  • No recording, ripping or rebroadcasting of streams.
  • No use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of streaming services complies with the laws of your country.

7. Service level

We target high uptime for our streaming servers but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Brief interruptions may occur due to upstream provider issues, maintenance, ISP problems on your side, or force majeure events. Service credits may be issued at our discretion for extended outages caused by us.

8. Third-party content

ONETVBOX is a reseller / aggregator service. We do not host, produce, store or own any of the content delivered through the Service. All channels, movies and series are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability of any specific channel, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the subscription giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page with an updated revision date.
