4. Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards as required by tax and accounting law (typically 6–10 years). Support tickets are kept for up to 3 years. Connection / streaming logs are kept for up to 90 days for anti-fraud and anti-sharing purposes.
